Worked authority example

Northline's authored policy delegates ordinary work at 25% margin or above. A 24.9% opportunity routes to management; below 22%, a $750,000 commitment, or unusual liability routes to ownership. A deal at 28.6% can still stop for missing scope or route for deposit and currency exposure. These are example policy bands, not recommended limits for your business.
