Take responsibility for a substantial territory while working closely with the founder, sales support and implementation team. These are home-based opportunities combining remote selling with purposeful customer meetings and industry participation.
The work suits a proven industry seller or commercially minded estimator who can earn trust, create opportunities and move real buying decisions forward.

Corporate-generated leads in the assigned territory are routed to the territory manager. Head office works alongside you to help win business. Qwotra does not compete with its territory managers for their opportunities.
Responsibilities
Create momentum and keep it honest.
- Develop a focused territory plan and keep it current.
- Prospect through supplied leads, referrals and industry relationships.
- Discover customer problems and qualify opportunities with care.
- Deliver relevant demonstrations and coordinate working sessions.
- Advance buyers through proposals, objections and decisions.
- Collaborate with head office on discovery, objections and closing.
- Support implementation handoffs and early customer adoption.
- Develop association, referral and professional relationships.
- Maintain accurate records, forecasts and clear next steps.
- Protect customer trust and represent Qwotra's capabilities honestly.
Required qualifications
Evidence matters more than a generic checklist.
- Two relevant commercial wins with a clear personal contribution and measurable results.
- Credibility with people who estimate, price, sell or approve project work.
- A practical understanding of scope, exclusions, supplier quotations, margins and buying decisions.
- The ability to create opportunities, ask effective questions and ask for the business.
- Strong preparation, communication and follow-through.
- Comfort learning software and demonstrating real workflows.
- Independent planning and disciplined opportunity management.
- Judgment, coachability and care for customer relationships.
An estimating background is valuable, but candidates must demonstrate commercial initiative and influence over buying decisions.

Customer support commitment

Application and evidence
Send your CV or LinkedIn profile, home base and two commercial wins. Explain your personal contribution and the measurable results using anonymized, customer-safe examples.
- 02
Commercial conversation
We assess market knowledge, prospecting, motivation and independent-business readiness. You will see Qwotra and receive the complete private commercial terms.
- 03
Practical assessment
Complete a 30-minute exercise using a supplied customer scenario, plus a one-page first-90-days territory plan. We assess discovery, listening, judgment, preparation, objection handling and the ability to secure a next step.

References and appointment
Two professional references are checked with your consent. Appointment follows a written agreement.
Candidates must demonstrate their qualifications. We do not require live prospecting, unpaid customer acquisition or confidential contact lists. Use anonymized, customer-safe examples and leave out customer names, contacts, pricing and confidential deal details.
