How Q works

Fast structure. Visible uncertainty. Human decisions.

Q helps turn scattered quote material into a reviewable commercial record. It proposes, compares, and flags. Your team decides, approves, and sends.

The review sequence

  1. 1

    Read

Q reads the material provided for the opportunity and keeps the source available for review.

  2. 2

    Structure

It proposes a structured view of scope, requirements, quote content, and open questions.

  3. 3

    Classify

It proposes construction classifications where the available language supports a useful mapping.

  4. 4

    Compare

It places related quote content side by side so differences remain visible instead of being flattened.

  5. 5

    Flag

Unclear, conflicting, or unsupported items are marked for review rather than silently resolved.

  6. 6

    Decide

A person confirms the commercial interpretation, carries, exclusions, vendor selection, and pricing inputs.

  7. 7

    Approve

The required reviewer approves the customer-ready result before it can move forward.

  8. 8

    Record

The approved baseline and later result stay connected for revision and reconciliation.

Human review

Q is a reviewer, not the signer

Q can propose

It can organize extracted language, suggest a classification, surface a mismatch, and prepare a comparison for a person to inspect.

Q cannot decide

It does not choose what your company should carry, accept a commercial risk, set a final selling price, or authorize a contractual promise.

Q cannot send alone

A customer proposal requires a person's approval. The workflow is designed so speed does not remove accountability at the final step.

The detailed product path is on the product page. The construction language behind suggested organization is explained on the standards page.

Demo data

Illustrative states are labelled as illustrative

A demonstration may show a fictional review queue such as 42 items ready, 3 needing review, and 2 gaps. Those figures describe the sample record on screen. They are not customer results, measured performance, or a forecast for a live opportunity. Real counts come only from the material and decisions in that customer's own workspace.

The same rule applies to sample prices, markups, savings, and timing. Worked examples exist to explain the workflow and arithmetic. They do not promise an outcome. For the commercial fit, review pricing or bring a real opportunity to a Build Session.

Data boundary

Your material stays subject to the product controls

Quote files can contain sensitive supplier and project information. Qwotra's public explanation of tenant separation, access, retention, subprocessors, incident reporting, and current limitations lives on the security and data page. That page is the source to review before using live project material.
